Chocolate for bakery products

Unigrà guarantees an Italian chocolate of the highest quality, thanks to the selection of raw materials and skilled use of technology.

The entire chocolate range is nut-free, gluten-free, and Kosher-certified. Additionally, milk-free dark chocolates and Kosher Parve options are available, with options also certifiable as RA and FRT.

COVERING

A wide and varied range of products with different fluidities ensures chocolates suitable for any application: varying fluidity allows for the creation of thinner and/or thicker, firmer coatings on bakery products (such as panettone). It is also possible to create decorations, bases for bars, or combine chocolate with dried fruit.

DECORATIONS

The most classic decoration products are available: both polished and unpolished chocolate flakes in dark and milk chocolate versions. The chocolate assortment also includes a range of bake-stable products, which can be used both for decoration and as inclusions in dough: chunks and chips of various sizes, available in both dark and milk chocolate. Dark chocolate chips can also be requested in a milk-free version (without traces of milk).
